• 1. You've got to go by grade instead of age. 6th grade is plenty old enough. Jr. High kids do not need to be running around in packs getting up to their hi-jinx. 2. Any kid or adult that shows up at my door with (or without) costume will get candy.

Yes. The cheer was inappropriate for the child's age.

• The purpose of cheer leading is to put young pretty girls in skimpy clothes out in front of masses of men and boys to arouse them up into a fervor. It's all bad and shouldn't be allowed for any underage children to do or see.

• All cheerleeding is inappropriate. Highschool cheerleaders look like they're working a pole.

Should restaurants have the right to ban 'screaming children'?

• It's private property and the restaurant can do whatever it likes.

• Eating out is very expensive these days and when I go out to a sit-down dinner it is supposed to be a treat for me. I don't think kids have to be little robots, but I do think they can behave themselves. My daughter always did....until she got tired about 7:30PM.

Yes. Only children have garnered the reputation for a reason. Without siblings, they’re deprived of crucial social skills.

• My daughter is an only child. I was a single mom (I am female despite my screen name) and I was able to give her things that most single moms couldn't because I didn't have more than one. She never had other siblings beat her up or destroy her things or anything else.
